More pizza!
If you tune in to our instragram stories @fyxo you'll know that we wrap up every week with Pizza night!
It kicks off Thursday, Melodie starts the dough from scratch with a recipe she snagged from Vicenzo's Plate.
Friday the tunes start playing at 5, the wine bottle cracked and the pizza oven cranked.
Lil FYXO is up first with a twist on an Australian classic - Ham-less Hawaiian.
Then Melodie makes a medley of her favourites starting off with a nice bass line, a solid smear of passata, and our new favourite, grated parma through the sauce.
Slide it in to a pre-heated oven at around the 400 degree mark and watch it gloriously rise before your very eyes.
Turn evenly as you start to salivate and in less than 2 minutes - we are ready to garnish with fresh basil from the garden.
Alora! 'The Melodie' is ready to eat.
