Lights:

FYXO will repair or replace any faulty item that is included within the warranty period.  Please refer to the warranty included with your Light box as it differs from item to item.   

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear.
  • Misuse, prolonged immersion in water, and fire.
  • Defects caused by deliberate damage, impact, unauthorised dismantling or repair.
  • Acts of foolishness.
  • Claims outside Australia.

FYXO has the right to reject claims.

For product warranty claims:

Contact FYXO at orders@fyxo.co with your Order Number and a brief description. Items(s) may/will need to be sent back to FYXO for a physical inspection for a claim to be processed.  Once item(s) are received, we will confirm receipt of your item, then review and respond to your warranty claim within 4 business days.
