All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using Australia Post & include tracking. This excludes Custom and made to order items.  

Domestic Shipping

Orders of $150AUD+ get FREE Domestic Standard Shipping. Shipping Types: Standard : 2-5 business days* Express : Next day if within Australia network*  

International Shipping

Shipping Types: Int'l with Tracking (5-10 Business Days)* Countries: France, Germany, New Zealand, UK and USA only. Express Courier International (2-4 Business Days)* Worldwide 

Delivery Delays*

Overseas disruptions mean deliveries may take longer than usual. Some countries aren’t currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. For the latest info please see Australia Post International updates.

Duties & Customs

Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Items

Custom orders may take up to 7 days to make. Timing is dependent upon complexity and quantity.
