For the love of gravel - Adam's Salsa Cutthroat adventure bike

Fresh from a trip around magical Murrindindi, exploring the best gravel roads on offer - Adam's Salsa Cuttroat is in the spotlight and it's one hell of a nice bike.

The Salsa Cutthroat was 'Built for the rigors of America’s longest mountain bike race, the Tour Divide' and desiged with speed over rough terrain in mind.

Designed with drop-bar mountain bike geo and a lightweight carbon frame, Adam built his up with Chris King / carbon wheels, front Son dynamo hub to charge his devices, and K-lite front and rear illuminators.

SRAM AXS handles the shifting, and the cockpit is Thomson with Salsa's cowchipper bars, which share some similarities to Curve's Walmer bars.  Extra bling AND comfort is provided through the Thomson Titanium seat pillar.

Snacks, spare, and wardrobe are all housed in the Revelate bags.

Grips courtesy of  Rene Herse 55c Fleecer Ridge rubber.

The weather turned it on for our time in the north.  From Alex to Eildon.

Can't wait to get back there and share more from the saddle.
