Sometimes getting to the post office takes too much time out of your day. Let us send you a Postage Label so you can spend more time riding.
How do I return an item (AUS)?
All Australian online returns have a flat fee of $10 and are done via our Australia Post Returns Portal.
Click on the link below and follow the below steps to lodge your return:
Click HERE to access the Returns Portal.
1. Enter your Order Number and email address. Then click "Find Your Order".
2. Choose the item(s) you want to return.
3. Review and confirm your details to create your prepaid return label.
4. Print your return label and securely attach the label to the top face of the parcel, ensuring the tape does not cover any part of the barcode. You may also print your label at most Post Offices.
5. Post your parcel at any Post Office and you will be issued with a lodgement receipt and tracking number. Alternatively, post your parcel in a red street posting box.
Can I use my own postage bag?

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Australia Post generally takes between 3-5 business days to ship. Please allow us 3 business days to process your refund once received.
Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Do you offer exchanges?
You'll need to create a new order.
Please return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and create a new order for the size or item you wish.
Retuns Policy
Refunds - We understand ordering online doesn't give you the peace of mind to put it back on the rack if doesn't fit quite right. So, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused/unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase and we will happily issue a refund. Excludes Clearance, Custom Items and Event ticket items.
**Please ensure that item(s) returned in unworn / saleable condition, with tags on, in box etc. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit card this may take up to 5 days to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges - Please return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund, then create a new order for the size or item you wish.
