Warranty
- The iLuma light unit, charger and accessories are covered for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase for the original owner of the light set.
- Battery is covered for a period of six (6) months.
Warranty does not cover:
1 - Normal wear and tear.
2 - Misuse, prolonged immersion in water, and fire.
3 - Defects caused by deliberate damage, impact, unauthorised dismantling or repair
4 - Acts of foolishness

If you have an issue with either the light or battery contact FYXO. Attempting to repair voids warranty.

Include: Nature of the issue, Order Number, Name,
email address and return address.
We will confirm receipt of your item, review &
respond to your warranty claim within 4 business
days.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear. FYXO
has the right to reject claims that are deemed
unreasonable.
Should a fault be identified, FYXO will repair or
replace faulty item(s) with the warranty period.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a
major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Lights:
FYXO will repair or replace any faulty item that is included within the warranty period. Please refer to the warranty included with your Light box as it differs from item to item.
Warranty does not cover:

- Defects caused by deliberate damage, impact, unauthorised dismantling or repair.
- Acts of foolishness.
- Claims outside Australia.
FYXO has the right to reject claims.
For product warranty claims:
Contact FYXO at orders@fyxo.co with your Order Number and a brief description. Items(s) may/will need to be sent back to FYXO for a physical inspection for a claim to be processed. Once item(s) are received, we will confirm receipt of your item, then review and respond to your warranty claim within 4 business days.
