Awesome light for regional roads. Great lateral light up area and spotlight ahead with 3 levels brightness. Flash is great albeit a little too bright and reflects back off signposts. No question of seeing and being seen ;)
Separate battery pack attaches to headstem on my gravel bike easily without getting in way, and long lasting battery life with simple recharge.

This light is incredible value and is particularly good along the unlit creek path that I ride. On full beam I can see 100m ahead and easily avoid debris when traveling at speed. The light has a yellow tinge that helps to show up uneven patches of tarmac (unlike the white LEDs that seem to mask dips and bumps). i like the o-ring mount because it allows me to dip the light when others approach. I also prefer the separate battery to the all-in-ones because the headlight stays in place when the bike bumps around.
For improvements: would like the headlamp to allow small left/right adjustment so I could centre the beam or angle it when going round dark corners. Also think the battery bag needs an extra strap to wrap round the front tube and stop it sliding down the top tube. Would be good to have a visible battery power indicator but the manual battery test is still ok.
