I ordered this item days before lockdown. As far as i know the item is still in doreen mail centre melbourne! a little sad but not Fyxo's fault.
Hi Andrew, Yes, it's definitely Covid related. Shipments aren't being updated in Australia Post well. They are only updated once they get clearance into the Country, which can take weeks sadly.
Over the coming weeks, Australia Post be introducing three new scanning events to their tracking system which will provide even further clarity around the current status of the item in transit, as well as assurance that the parcel has reached its intended destination. The new notifications include:
Received by air carrier for international departure
Delayed – transferring to sea carrier for international departure
Item arrived at Destination Country
Hopefully you don't have to wait too much longer.
